We offer cooking classes for any occasion. A trained professional will come to you and teach you how to prepare whatever dish you want to learn. We also offer fondue, cheese, beer and wine pairing parties for you and your friends

Just need a platter? We have got you covered. We specialize in making simple to extravagant platters. Whether you need just one, or a full spread, we can help take this off your back. We can make all platters disposable or utilize your favorite serving plate.
Our Story
My name is Alicia Spitzer and I grew up in San Francisco. My family was immersed in the catering world my whole childhood. I started participating in the family business around 10 years old. I became a big fan of the entertainment and food industry during this time. In 2001 I attended a culinary program in Eugene, Oregon where my culinary journey really took off. Over the last 20 years I have worked in almost every aspect of the food world. Entertaining, planning and execution have always been my favorite part of my jobs. Today, I live in Eugene Oregon and am a full time Foodie. I enjoy dining, cooking, entertaining, and spending a lot of time in nature. I believe in using high quality ingredients, compassion, and have a fierce drive to help others create lasting memories.
